in the Community Gardens at Matara
Letting Go to Grow
From 12pm Saturday November 6th 2021
Join us at Matara for a pot luck lunch full of conversation and discussion exploring how reconnecting with nature can help release stress and trauma to discover a more harmonious way of living and working together.
This gathering will be held in the gardens at Matara. After lunch there will be time to explore, with us, the true expression of the human spirit and finding a deeper relationship with nature, and how these ideas shaped the gardens here.
“By living in harmony with nature one gains a healthy mind and body.”
- Mata Amritanandamayi
At Matara we have formed a Community Interest Company that focuses on
reconnecting with nature through meditation, gardening and re-wilding.
We offer a community garden where everyone is welcome to spend time focusing on restorative practices.
We hope that you will join us to share curiosities and experiences that you have had over the last 18 months.
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in attending and/or if you are interested in joining our newsletter if you are interested in receiving more information related to these ideas.
