What is your idea of the perfect wedding?
Everything running as smoothly as possible and being around happy, relaxed people
What is your greatest fear when you are working on a wedding?
My greatest fear would be if someone is late and then demands the earth in such a short space of time
What is your best trait that helps you be so great at your job?
I have had a lot of comments on how calm and relaxed I have made clients feel and how patient I am.
Which living person do you most admire?
I would have to say my partner. I’m pretty sure he is now a secret expert in wedding make-up after hearing me talk about it all the time! My family are also a huge influence in my life as they are extremely supportive of what I do.
What is your greatest extravagance that helps you get through the day?
Being organised is an absolute must for me!
What is your current state of mind?
What do you think is the most overrated thing that couples try to squeeze intotheir wedding day?
Not entirely sure as everyone has a different taste.
On what occasion is lying to the happy couple a good idea?
Never – Always remain professional by being honest and upfront.
What quality in a bride do you like most?
Easy going and relaxed.
What is the most overused word at a wedding – or in a wedding speech?
What is the most unusual entertainment you have ever seen at a wedding?
Fire dancers. Very entertaining!
What moment are you most proud of in your profession?
My lovely reviews and when a client sends me a gift and/or a card to say thank you. The fact they have taken the time out to do this shows just how much of an influence I was for their big day.
Where is your favourite setting for a wedding?
Anywhere in the Cotswolds. It’s such a beautiful place!
What is the one thing you can’t live without in your job?
Where do you draw inspiration from for your work?

What is your biggest regret at a wedding you have worked on?
In the early days, not speaking up when I wasn’t happy with something

I am the beauty expert for a magazine.
